Ed Delph
President of Nationstrategy
Ed’s passion is serving both church and community leaders as a ‘Guide by their Side’ in uplifting underachieving communities, churches and businesses. As a both a businessman and a pastor, Ed is able to relate to both marketplace and church issues. Ed is a source as well as a resource in community transformation.
Dr. Ed Delph has been a pastor at three different churches since 1980 in the Phoenix, Arizona area. He is a noted author of nine books, weekly columnist in several newspapers worldwide, teacher, business owner and speaker having presented or been in more than one hundred countries. He is currently president of a worldwide ministry, NATIONStrategy.
Ed earned his business degree from Arizona State University. He started a business, Central Bindery in 1974, which was the largest book bindery in Arizona until Ed sold Central Bindery in 1980. Ed sold the bindery because God called him into full-time ministry in the church. He earned his Doctor of Ministry in Faith in Culture from Primus University (formerly Phoenix University of Theology) in 2004.

David Lake
Vice-President and a Board Member of Nationstrategy
David Lake is an ordained pastor and a Market Place Minister. God has placed a burden his heart to equip other business owners, pastors, churches, and Christians about seeking first the Kingdom of God.
David has been in ministry since the early 1990’s working with youth and adults. He served as a youth pastor at Hosanna Christian Fellowship, led home fellowship groups, and has ministered as a short-term pastor and speaker in several countries. He has traveled abroad with Men and Women of Action working on building projects.
David was a pastor at Hosanna Christian Fellowship with Ed Delph and continues traveling abroad with Ed Delph as a presenter for Nationstrategy. David and Ed Delph have co-authored a book in 2017 entitled Redefining Rhema, published by Destiny Image Publishers.
David has been married to his wife, Rhonda, since 1984. They have four grown children and six grandchildren.

Jennifer Castillo
Jennifer has been a follower of Christ since grade school. She has been married to her best friend, Steve, for 37 years. Fun fact is that Ed married us! He was the Singles Group Pastor back at Northwest Community Church where they met. They have three adult children, one son-in-law and three grandchildren. Jennifer has a master’s degree in Deaf Education and has been teaching for 37 years, working as an itinerant teacher for the Deaf in various school districts and charter schools. She will be semi-retiring next year, going down to one or two days a week.
Jennifer is looking forward to “God Opportunities” in the future. This year her word is “focus” and God is showing her how to focus more on “God Opportunities” throughout the day. Her favorite verse this year is Isaiah 26:3 “You will keep in perfect peace whose mind are steadfast because they trust in You.”
Steve Castillo
Steve became a Jesus follower when he was 18 years old in the mid 1970s. When Steve was 25 years old, he went on a short-term mission trip to India with Ed and Becky, and in 1984 he spent the entire year ministering in Kenya working with a Christian relief development organization. Steve also spent almost 50 years working on large mining equipment, particularly large electric motors. In his later years, after his body was breaking down, he moved into an office position as an electric motor specialist, and as a Safety and Quality Supervisor.
Steve’s life here at this period of his life is Matthew 28:19-20 “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
Steve and Jennifer attend Ironwood Church in Queen Creek Arizona. They have been involved in various lay ministries even before they were married. Over the years, they have led or supported numerous small home groups, served in children’s and marriage ministries, and are currently leading men’s and women’s groups as well as helping to lead a Foster Care/Adoption Family support ministry at our church.
Bill Runyan
Secretary and Board Member of NationStrategy
Mr. Runyan is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Arizona with Realty One Group and also a licensed Insurance Agent in the State. Bill graduated from Arizona State University with a Degree in Accounting and Business. He is married to Eva and they have 4 Adult Children and 9 Grandchildren. There are 3 words that Bill uses to describe his life *GOD IS GOOD*. Bill has served on the Nationstrategy Board since August 2007.
