The Most Wonderful Times of the Year is a compilation of many articles Ed Delph has written about New Year’s, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas in his weekly column entitled The Church-Community Connection in newspapers throughout the world.

Ed has captured the ‘out with the old and in with the new’ start of a New Year; the glorious triumph of Jesus Christ rising from the dead against the backdrop of spring and flowers in Easter; the tenderness of and thankfulness of a mother who cared, nurtured and gave on Mother’s Day; the strength of a Father who provided guidance and released destiny on Father’s Day; the thankfulness that we all so desperately need to give to God for our family and our blessings; and last, but not least, the awe and wonder of the Silent Night, Holy Night of Christmas.
